Цель. Расширить представление о патогенезе хронического эндометрита (ХЭ) на основании изучения рецепции к стероидным гормонам и маркерам клеточной пролиферации/апоптоза при разных его типах в зависимости от характера микробной колонизации слизистой матки. Материалы и методы. Проспективно обследована группа из 345 пациенток с ранними репродуктивными потерями (наличием в анамнезе неразвивающейся беременности, самопроизвольного выкидыша, артифициального аборта, неудач экстракорпорального оплодотворения (ЭКО) сроком до 6 месяцев после внутриматочного вмешательства), у которых гистологически выявлен хронический эндометрит. Выполнены исследования: микробиологическое (ПЦР-диагностика, бактериологическое исследование отделяемого из цервикального канала, слизистой матки); инструментальные (гистероскопия).
