Herein, a new magnetic nanobiocomposite based on synthesized cross-linked pectin-cellulose hydrogel (cross-linked Pec-Cel hydrogel) substrate was designed and synthesized. The formation of the with calcium chloride agent its magnetization process caused efficient nanobiocomposite. Several spectral analytical techniques, including FTIR, SEM, VSM, TGA, XRD, EDX analyses, were performed to confirm characterize structural features (magnetic nanobiocomposite). Based SEM images, prepared Fe3O4 nanoparticles (MNPs) uniformly dispersed in context, representing an average particle size between 50.0 60.0 nm. XRD pattern also confirms crystallinity All constituent elements their distribution have been depicted analysis VSM curves confirmed superparamagnetic behavior MNPs saturation 77.31 emu g-1 48.80 g-1, respectively. thermal stability authenticated ca. 800 °C TGA thermogram. Apart from analyzing properties nanobiocomposite, different concentrations (0.5 mg mL-1, 1.0 2.0 5.0 10.0 mL-1) this nanostructure exposed alternating field (AMF) at frequencies (100.0 MHz, 200.0 300.0 400.0 MHz) evaluate capacity for vitro hyperthermia process; addition, highest specific absorption rate (126.0 W g-1) obtained by least concentration mL-1).
