Smartwatches enable users to easily monitor their health, self-quantify, and track various activities. However, manufacturers researchers in the field of smartwatches must explore improve perceived usability enhance user experience consumers increase device’s adoption rate. Therefore, this study investigates factors influencing among Filipinos, focusing on demographic influences. This is performed by utilizing UTAUT2 model examine key factors. External variables are explored, including privacy. To analyze data acquired, partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was conducted. The results indicated that performance expectancy, effort social influence, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, behavioral intention significantly influence smartwatch adoption. Habit emerged as positively affecting use usage behavior. facilitating conditions were found not be significant behavior, privacy having an insignificant relationship with smartwatches. These findings offer theoretical practical implications for enhancing design usability, addressing diverse needs users, expanding inclusivity market.

In recent years, advancements in smart home technologies have underscored the need for development of early fire and smoke detection systems to enhance safety security. Traditional methods relying on thermal or sensors exhibit limitations terms response time environmental adaptability. To address these issues, this paper introduces multi-scale information transformer–DETR (MITI-DETR) model, which incorporates feature extraction transformer-based attention mechanisms, tailored specifically homes.
