Introduction Several mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) have shown efficacy in enhancing interoceptive awareness (IA), the ability to perceive and interpret bodily signals, leading improved mental physical wellbeing. However, no study has yet explored effects of mindfulness practice on IA individuals training become MBI teachers. Thus, we investigated impact a teacher (MTT) program emotional distress Methods A group 38 undergoing MTT control 24 matched were assessed before (T0) after (T1) 9 months program. Emotional was through Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS) Multidimensional Assessment Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA). Results The showed significantly higher increases mind-body integration comparison with group. Although significant between-group changes observed distress, MAIA self-regulation scores within associated decreases HADS depression total scores. Discussion This offers further support positive an program, suggesting that for future teachers enhances their attend regulate signals. Future research should investigate long-term health active comparators.

In this paper, we discuss how to create a course that helps students set foundation for lifelong, self-directed character growth. To end, offer new framework change which call the 3M’s “mindset” (having growth mindset growth), “motivation” (using psychological needs described in Self Determination Theory, autonomy, competence, relatedness, and purpose), “means” (tools development). We then give concrete examples of each component can be used classroom setting help develop their character.

Social decision-making is known to be influenced by predictive emotions or the perceived reciprocity of partners. However, connection between emotion, decision-making, and contextual remains less understood. Moreover, arguments suggest that emotional experiences within a social context can better conceptualised as prosocial rather than basic emotions, necessitating inclusion two dimensions: focus, degree an emotion's relevance oneself others, dominance, which one feels in control emotion. For representation, these dimensions should considered alongside interoceptive valence arousal. In ultimatum game involving fair, moderate, unfair offers, this online study measured 476 participants using multidimensional affective rating scale. Using unsupervised classification algorithms, we identified individual differences decisions experiences. Certain individuals exhibited consistent levels acceptance behaviours while reciprocal individuals' followed external reward value structures. Furthermore, with distinct responses partners unique economic their only group exhibiting sensitivity dominance prediction errors. The illustrates context-specific model capable subtyping populations engaged interaction heterogeneous mental states.
