Flash floods are a concerning social issue that affect urban areas all over the world. can disrupt vital services, damage infrastructure, have socio-economic impacts on earth’s surface, and significantly impact community near water body. Household commercial damage, physical health issues from contaminated floodwater, mental including post-traumatic stress disorder, even fatalities some of these common effects. Additionally, it is anticipated climate change, continuous population growth, urbanisation will increase flood events risk exposure. Nature-based solutions (NbS) for management lower risks include sustainable, economical methods improve biodiversity, ecosystem resilience, well-being.
