Simple and accurate analysis of cancer-related biomarkers is very important for disease screening auxiliary diagnosis. This study proposed a facile immunoassay that used gold nanostar-labeled rabbit anti-AFP as capture antibody nanoparticle-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG an enhance the construction detection strategy AFP analysis. Investigations indicated 50 nm diameter GNS-labeled can specifically catch AFPs by direct profile or further signal amplification through AuNP-tagged combination. Results showed developed method holds 8.6 ng/mL sensitivity, 20.0–110.0 range, acceptable precision fine accuracy, well favorable specificity. application to real serum determination are highly related those ECLIA (correlation coefficient 0.931). The has simple-operation merit suitable clinical large-scale samples cancers.
