Currently, the development of packaging design is very advanced and rapid. One efforts that are widely used by Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in food sector to improve their packaging. Current developments also starting collaborate elements sustainability feelings consumers. Therefore, research designed using a psychological approach based on emotions consumers, namely Kansei engineering. In addition kansei engineering, it includes design. Based results, 43 words were obtained then simplified into 16 words. Product Identity (PI) is a strategic instrument for enterprises to forge brand strength through New Development (NPD). Concurrently, facing increasingly fierce market competition, the NPD consumer emotional requirements (CRs) has become significant objective in enterprise research and development (R&D). The design of new product forms must ensure continuity PI concurrently address needs users. It demands high level experience from designers investment R&D. To solve this problem, generative quantitative method powered by AI, based on Shape Grammar (SG) Kansei Engineering (KE), proposed. specific as follows: Firstly, representative products Morphological Analysis (MA) are selected, SG applied establish initial shapes transformation rules, prompts input into Midjourney. This process generates conceptual sketches iteratively refines them, resulting set that preserve PI. Secondly, web crawler mines online reviews extract words. Factor (FA) clusters them factors, Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process (G-AHP) calculates their grey weights. Thirdly, after analyzing feature extraction, features integrated with CRs Quality Function Deployment (QFD) matrix. Experts evaluate relationships using interval numbers, calculating optimal ranking Characteristics (PIECs). Finally, professional refine selected 3D models detailed designs. Using Chinese case study, we have designed female electric moped (E-moped) fit users’ needs. With the increasing emphasis on humanistic care in society, consumers are no longer only concerned about functional needs of products but also spiritual, cultural, and emotional that bring to people. This study proposes a wheelchair form design method based Kansei engineering approach, which integrates evaluation grid (EGM), grey wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm, back propagation neural network (BPNN) technology. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present a case study in the plywood industry, aiming demonstrate successful integration green lean six sigma (GLSS) and theory inventive problem solving (TRIZ). Design/methodology/approach As result manufacturing, production sigma, GLSS was developed. An innovative solution method such as TRIZ needed complement performance GLSS. With the rapid expansion of Electric Sport Utility Vehicle (ESUV) market, capturing consumer aesthetic preferences and emotional needs through front-end styling has become a key issue in automotive design. However, traditional Kansei Engineering (KE) approaches suffer from limited timeliness, subjectivity, low predictive accuracy when extracting affective vocabulary modeling nonlinear relationship between product form imagery. Red sour soup (RSS) is a traditional food with rich cultural connotations and nutritional value, unique to the Kaili region of Guizhou Province, China.
