The multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method often entails a number of steps, such as identifying the decision problem, defining criteria, calculating weighting assessing alternatives against and finally choosing best alternative based on overall evaluation. In this paper, essential factor for sports, politics, journalism or media, technological empowerment women in India are found by MCDM techniques, which may also be utilized to examine key factors influencing women's empowerment. uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methodologies taken discover optimal criteria finding is done taking multi experts' opinions. First, determined among six criterion's, Family Support (c1), Financial (c2), Cultural Religious Barrier (c3), Child Marriage (c4), Nutrition (c5), Shame concealment (c6). weights calculated AHP method. According importance select significant empowering many fields. Also take possibilities into consideration, Empowerment Sports (A1), Politics (A2), Administrative Service (A3), Journalism Media (A4), Social Work (A5) Technological (A6) they ranked TOPSIS To verify validity robustness our result, sensitivity analysis performed removing some make sure procedure reliable comparative study using fuzzy environment.

Urban transportation plays a crucial role in cities that host sports events. Mexico City, as one of the World Cup 2026 hosts, is world's largest and most populous cities, with population over 22 million people. This city faces several challenges related to urban transportation. The purpose this study develop novel group decision-making framework for evaluating six sustainable alternatives management crises. Our proposed decision develops Base Criterion Method (BCM) Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) under fuzzy ZE-numbers first time literature obtain reliable decisions. Based on opinions decision-makers expert votes those opinions, approach offers unique feature sciences reliability decisions can be increased two stages. Also, sensitive analyses were executed each based different states criteria groups. According findings, optimum plan should an investment Metro electric Minibusses development manage crisis City. findings show applying leads more accurate results.

Abstract Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is an important risk tool that has been widely used in diverse areas to manage factors. However, how the uncertainty FMEA assessments still open issue. In this paper, a novel model based on improved pignistic probability transformation function Dempster–Shafer evidence theory (DST) grey relational projection method (GRPM) proposed improve accuracy reliability with FMEA. The basic assignment (BPA) DST of experts respect each factor. Dempster’s rule combination adopted for fusion assessment information from different experts. transform result BPA into getting more accurate decision-making GRPM determine priority order all failure modes overcome shortcoming traditional number Applications aircraft turbine rotor blades steel production process are presented show rationality generality method.

As the demand for renewable energy sources increases, finding right places to install wind turbines becomes more and important. The goal of this research is create implement a technique that uses geographic information system (GIS) technology discover appropriate farm locations utilizing multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approaches. complexity process, which includes multiple criteria uncertainty, requires use advanced techniques. Fuzzy MCDM methods provide framework evaluating prioritizing potential sites, taking into account subjective judgments linguistic terms. In article, Stepwise Weight Evaluation Ratio Analysis (F-SWARA) preferred ranking in installation, while Measurement Alternatives Ranking by Compromise Solution (F-MARCOS) are used determine most suitable location farm. A database alternatives was created using GIS, converted fuzzy decision matrix via triangular numbers. order make evaluation, Sivas province, located middle Turkey, chosen as study area. Results obtained show 36,5% whole area very farm, Gürün Kangal districts According result F-SWARA method evaluate criteria, speed important with weight 0,45039. F-MARCOS site selection, Ulaş district determined location. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis performed test robustness proposed methodology results revealed integrated feasible.
