Phytochemicals
have
been
highlighted
in
several
sectors
of
industry
due
to
their
different
biological
activities.
In
fact,
the
curcumin
is
a
polyphenol
extracted
from
rhizome
turmeric
(Curcuma
longa)
consumed
form
kitchen
spices
since
ancient
times
which
it
has
demonstrated
beneficial
health
effects
such
as
antioxidant,
anti-inflammatory,
anti-carcinogenic,
anti-tumor,
and
so
on.
However,
concentration
bloodstream
very
low
its
high
hydrophobicity,
absorption
intestinal
physiological
conditions,
metabolism
rate
liver,
rapid
excretion
by
gallbladder.
