To
cope
with
the
digital
transition
exacerbated
by
COVID-19
pandemic,
managers
of
manufacturing
small
and
medium
enterprises
(SMEs)
need
to
adopt
innovative
practices
face
uncertain
scenarios

e-commerce

SMEs

affordance
theory,

research
uses
mixed
method
approach
investigate
how
SMEs'
commitment
platform
adoption
stimulate
actualization

affordances:
consumer
knowledge

internationalization,

SME
managers,

that
direct
selling
through

websites
