Epidemiological studies have identified maternal antenatal anxiety and several adverse birth outcomes, but limited focused on the relationship with long-term physical growth of children. The study aimed to assess influence pregnancy-related in children at different exposure periods during pregnancy.3,154 mother-child pairs were included based Ma'anshan cohort study. The increasing prevalence of postpartum anxiety as a common psychological problem affects large part women's lives. Since psychometric evaluation Postpartum Specific Anxiety Scale-Research Short-Form (PSAS-RSF) among Iranian women has not been assessed Iran until now, so we decided conduct study with aim PSAS-IR-RSF.We included 180 (six weeks six months postpartum) by random sampling during period from December 2021 June 2022. We examined validity PSAS-IR-RSF terms face, content and construct (through exploratory confirmatory factor analyses). used internal consistency test-retest reliability determine scale.In present study, index (CVI) ratio (CVR) were equal 0.91 0.97, respectively. extracted four-factor structure through process analysis. values fitting indices confirmed model. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.72 intra-class correlation (with 95% confidence interval) 0.97 (0.98 0.93).The Persian version valid reliable for women.
