Abstract Cellular senescence, a vulnerable state of growth arrest, has been regarded as potential strategy to weaken the resistance tumor cells, leading dramatic improvements in treatment efficacy. However, selective and efficient for inducing local cellular senescence not yet reported. Herein, piezoelectric catalysis is utilized reduce intracellular NAD + NADH cell first time. In detail, biocompatible nanomedicine (BTO/Rh‐D@M) constructed by wrapping BaTiO 3 /(Cp * RhCl 2 ) (BTO/Rh) doxorubicin (DOX) homologous cytomembrane with target. After tumors are stimulated ultrasound, negative positive charges generated on BTO/Rh catalysis, which oxidize H O reactive oxygen species (ROS) mitochondrial damage. Thus, therapeutic efficacy immunogenic death‐induced chemo‐immunotherapy boosted combining DOX, ROS.
