This study analyzes the impact of biomass energy, financial development, and economic growth on environmental quality using novel Fourier autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach annual data for period 1965–2018 in United States (USA). The related variables load capacity factor (LCF) as well indicators degradation such carbon dioxide emissions ecological footprint. LCF is one most comprehensive to date, encompassing both biocapacity In this regard, contributes economics literature by examining, first time, energy LCF. results cointegration test show that there only a long-run relationship between independent variables. According ARDL results, improves quality, while development has no effect Moreover, increase per capita income reduces Furthermore, since elasticity larger long run than short-run, Kuznets curve validated. Therefore, government should encourage use investment form energy.

Challenges brought on by the rapid rate of economic growth include depletion natural resources (NAR) and environmental deterioration. Due to its abundant mineral growth, China has gained attention from both developing developed worlds. Using data 1970/Q1 2020/Q4, this paper evaluates time‐frequency nexus between CO 2 emissions resources, coal consumption, growth. The study employs Wavelet Local Multiple Correlation (WLMC) explore nexus. This approach enhances capacity comprehend fundamental relationships these indicators at different frequencies. To best investigator' knowledge, is first empirical investigation resource, use, in China, thus filling a gap literature. Furthermore, wavelet coherence employed as robustness check. WLMC bivariate cases revealed that drive positively all frequencies, is, short long‐term, leading degradation. results support outcomes cases. offers significant implications for policy insights are supported findings.

The United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 provide a foundation this study. These SDGs encompass crucial targets pertaining to sustainable development (SDG-8), responsible energy consumption (SDGs 11 and 12), access clean affordable (SDG-7), environmental sustainability action (SDG-13) among others. To end, the research employs advanced panel methodologies investigate heterogeneous effects of resources financial on environment. study adopts second-generation econometric tools evaluate model's cross-sectional dependence, cointegration methodology proves long-run correlation between indicators. Additionally, ordinary least square quantile regression results reveal estimations. studies reliable information dynamics in E-7 economies. analysis reveals that high development, rapid economic growth fast-growing nonrenewable significantly impact from 2000–2020 within bloc. Furthermore, both OLS PQR indicate coefficients renewable globalization are negative across all quantiles (Q25 Q95 quantiles) with regard CO2 emissions. findings advocate policy framework aligns SDGs. also proposes comprehensive nations promote progress toward (7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16).

ABSTRACTThis research explores the role of green resource productivity, renewable energy, economic globalization, and growth towards advancing pursuits decarbonization in top energy transition economies. This study achieves this objective by adopting both asymmetric symmetric econometric methods for period between 1990 2021. adopted Method Moments Quantile Regression (MMQR) to uncover effect regressors on carbon emissions. The MMQR results suggest that all quantiles, globalization mitigate CO2 emissions, while induces Additionally, robustness analysis, we disaggregated into trade financial investigated their roles achieving decarbonization. We uncovered mitigates emissions at but lower middle Moreover, estimation, following estimators: Fixed Ordinary Least Square, Fully Modified Dynamic Square estimators were employed study. Their outcome corroborated findings MMQR.
