The presence of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products represents a significant challenge to food safety. current detection methods, limited both scope and sensitivity, underscore the urgent need for more advanced techniques. This research introduces swift potent screening technique using high-performance liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry (HPLC-HRMS) refined QuEChERS protocol, allowing simultaneous qualitative semi-quantitative analysis 192 residues. A comprehensive database, employing full scan mode data-dependent secondary spectroscopy, enhances accuracy. method involves efficient extraction 90% acetonitrile, dehydration with Na

In the tea-planting process, insecticides are commonly combined, potentially prolonging pre-harvest interval and heightening risk of dietary exposure. This study focused on three frequently used in tea cultivation: thiamethoxam, bifenthrin, dinotefuran, aiming to investigate their dissipation behaviors associated risks upon individual simultaneous application. The kinetics dinotefuran were successfully characterized by first-order kinetics, yielding respective half-lives 5.44, 9.81, 10.16 days. Upon joint application, thiamethoxam bifenthrin notably prolonged compared with applications, resulting final concentrations after 28 days that correspondingly elevated 1.41 1.29 times. Assessment intake revealed chronic acute quotients escalated 1.44–1.59 times following combined Although Tianmuhu white tea, as determined exposure assessment model, deemed acceptable, cumulative stemming from pesticide mixtures across various sources warrant attention. Molecular docking analyses further unveiled competitively bound glutathione S-transferase (GST) at amino acid residues, 76th GLU 25th PHE, pivotal metabolism absorption exogenous substances. Moreover, interactions between P-glycoprotein pesticides during transport likely influence post-joint research offers valuable insights data support for optimizing application strategies assessing typical cultivation.

Neonicotinoid insecticides (NEOs) are a new class of neurotoxic pesticides primarily used for pest control on fruits and vegetables, cereals, other crops after organophosphorus (OPPs), carbamate (CBPs), pyrethroid pesticides. However, chronic abuse illegal use have led to the contamination food water sources as well damage ecological environmental systems. Long-term exposure NEOs may pose potential risks animals (especially bees) even human health. Consequently, it is necessary develop effective, robust, rapid methods detection. Specific recognition-based chemical sensing has been regarded one most promising detection tools due their excellent selectivity, sensitivity, robust interference resistance. In this review, we introduce novel recognition strategies-enabled in neonicotinoids past years (2017–2023). The properties advantages molecular imprinting (MIR), host-guest (HGR), electron-catalyzed (ECR), immune (IR), aptamer (AR), enzyme inhibition (EIR) development platforms discussed detail. Recent applications various products, including teas, honey, aquatic others highlighted. addition, future trends applying with specific strategies analysis discussed.
