Purpose Blockchain technology can potentially address the challenges of information storage, sharing and management improve them further in an organization sector as a whole. This study aims to investigate effects technology, environment on behavioral intention employees adopt blockchain Indian insurance mediating role knowledge practices. Design/methodology/approach A structured questionnaire was used collect sample size 390 responses based convenience sampling. Partial least square structural equation modeling analyze data. Purpose This study aims to analyze the relationships among indicators within Index of Economic Freedom, focusing on their collective influence business freedom in diverse economic settings. By exploring these interactions, research seeks identify most impactful drivers provide a better understanding for policymakers. Design/methodology/approach The uses Bayesian Belief Networks examine data from 176 countries, allowing an assessment interdependencies various indicators. method facilitates identification clusters that interact drive freedom. Findings analysis reveals three key factors influencing first cluster, consisting tax burden, trade freedom, monetary and labor is found have direct positive impact second cluster links investment financial while third highlights critical interconnections property rights, judicial effectiveness, government spending integrity. Among these, rights integrity are identified as influential fiscal health shows limited impact. Originality/value provides novel network-based perspective contributing valuable insights into complex interactions findings offer actionable implications policymakers, particularly those seeking foster through targeted improvements specific indicators, tailored varying national contexts.
