We report a conceptually new amplified cascade catalysis that converts oxygen to hydroxyl radical for controlled RAFT polymerization. This consists of two sequential reactions, deoxygenation catalyzed by glucose oxidase and Fenton reaction ferrocene. The catalysts can communicate with each other, leading ferrocene recycling hence amplification in generation. Polyacrylamide gel (PAG) is extensively used as a matrix for biomolecular analysis and fractionation. However, the traditional polymerization catalyst system N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED)/ammonium persulphate (APS) of PAG presents non-negligible toxicity. Herein, we utilized green efficient bio-enzyme horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to catalyze polyacrylamide. At same time, efficacy this in separating nucleic acids proteins was confirmed by applying electrophoresis. This study aims explore higher biosafety polyacrylamide catalytic which can be applied electrophoresis technology. Furthermore, order differentiate between bio-enzymatic toxic during polymerization, aggregation-induced luminescence (AIE) bovine serum albumin-stabilized gold nanoclusters (BSA-Au NCs) monitor reaction system. Herein, a series of ternary amphiphilic amide-containing bottlebrushes were synthesized by photoiniferter (PI-RAFT) polymerization macromonomers in continuous-flow mode using trithiocarbonate as chain transfer agent. Visible light-mediated under mild conditions enabled the preparation thermoresponsive copolymers with low dispersity and high yields very short time, which is not typical for classical reversible addition–fragmentation process. Methoxy oligo(ethylene glycol) methacrylate alkoxy(C12–C14) used basic monomers providing properties. The study investigated how modifying comonomers, acrylamide (AAm), methacrylamide (MAAm), N-methylacrylamide (-MeAAm) affect features bottlebrush micelle formation, their critical concentration, loading capacity pyrene, hydrophobic drug model. results showed that process scalable can produce tens grams pure copolymer per day. unmodified formed unimolecular micelles at temperatures below LCST aqueous solutions, revealed DLS SLS data. incorporation AAm, MAAm, N-MeAAm units resulted an increase aggregation numbers. resulting uni- or bimolecular extremely concentrations. These possess making them promising choice targeted delivery.
