The

With
the
continuous
updating
of
mobile
phone
functions,
phenomenon
addiction
among
University
students
is
becoming
more
and
serious.
It
important
to
identify
potential
risk
factors
for
addiction.
The
aim
study
was
examine
whether
there
a
relationship
between
depression
symptoms
in
students,
investigate
sleep
disturbances
play
mediating
role
symptoms,
as
well
moderating
gender.A
cross-sectional
study,
carried
out
September
December
2021,
recruited
973
(478
males)
from
seven
comprehensive
universities
western
China.
Mobile
Phone
Addiction
Index
(MPAI),
Patient
Health
Questionnaire-9
(PHQ9),
Pittsburgh
Sleep
Quality
(PSQI)
were
used
complete
measures
addiction,
depressive
disturbances.
For
statistical
analyses,
descriptive
statistics,
correlation,
regression,
mediation

analyses

Microglia,

Recent
research
has
shown
that
microglia
exhibit
strong
circadian
rhythms
not
only
actively
regulate
their
own
immune
activity,
but
also
affect
neuronal
function.
Disruptions
clock
have
been
linked
to
higher
risk
developing
variety
diseases.
In
this
article
we
will
provide
an
overview
how
lifestyle
factors
impact
microglial
function,
with
focus
on
disruptions
caused
by
irregular
sleep-wake
patterns,
reduced
physical
eating
at
wrong
time-of-day.
We
discuss
potential
connection
between
these
factors,
disrupted
rhythms,
role
keeping
brain
health.
