The design of white light-emitting diodes is carried out to achieve highly efficient light emission with superior color quality, good vision performance, and healthy effect on human circadian rhythms. Here, the obtained by combing five different emissions (blue, cyan, green, yellow, red) from organolead halide perovskites [MAPb(BrxI1-x)3, MA-CH3NH3]. characteristics are evaluated calculating CIE coordinates, correlated-color temperature (CCT), color-rendering indices (CRI: Ra, R9-R15), Duv. Vision performance luminous efficacy radiation. rhythms action factor (CAF). results show that lights a tunable CCT 2851 K 8315 K, extremely high CRI (up 98.7), small Duv (0.0002 – 0.0055) have been engineering spectral power distributions. In addition, excellent CAF demonstrated. These findings demonstrate these types materials promising candidates quality performance.

With the continuous updating of mobile phone functions, phenomenon addiction among University students is becoming more and serious. It important to identify potential risk factors for addiction. The aim study was examine whether there a relationship between depression symptoms in students, investigate sleep disturbances play mediating role symptoms, as well moderating gender.A cross-sectional study, carried out September December 2021, recruited 973 (478 males) from seven comprehensive universities western China. Mobile Phone Addiction Index (MPAI), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ9), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality (PSQI) were used complete measures addiction, depressive disturbances. For statistical analyses, descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, mediation moderated analyses used. Furthermore, we tested model using SPSS macro PROCESS.In this it found that positive correlations Chinese students. Mediation revealed partially mediated by disturbances, but not gender.Sleep have partial symptoms. Our results highlight critical prevention early identification especially those with

Microglia, a vital homeostasis-keeper of the central nervous system, perform critical functions such as synaptic pruning, clearance cellular debris, and participation in neuroinflammatory processes. Recent research has shown that microglia exhibit strong circadian rhythms not only actively regulate their own immune activity, but also affect neuronal function. Disruptions clock have been linked to higher risk developing variety diseases. In this article we will provide an overview how lifestyle factors impact microglial function, with focus on disruptions caused by irregular sleep-wake patterns, reduced physical eating at wrong time-of-day. We discuss potential connection between these factors, disrupted rhythms, role keeping brain health.
