Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a life-threatening acute hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease, with early brain injury (EBI) being the main cause of high mortality and severe neurological dysfunction. Oxidative stress plays crucial role in pathogenesis EBI. In this study, we synthesized antioxidant nanoparticles based on self-assembled oleanolic acid (OA) using solvent volatilization method. Paclitaxel (PTX), a naturally occurring diterpenoid isolated from Taxus brevifolia, is first-line drug for the treatment of glioblastoma; however, it suffers disadvantages poor water solubility and nonspecific biodistribution, which cause serious side effects in human body. The marketed formulation effects, such as allergic reactions, neutropenia, neuropathy, require safe effective formulations PTX. In present study, PTX was entrapped solid–liquid lipid mixture with aid surfactant using modified solvent evaporation technique. Higher entrapment impressive stability achieved by employing quality design-based strategies. Evidence regarding the effect of systemic immune-inflammation index on delirium occurrence is limited. This study aimed to investigate association between SII and in intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Methods: Information was extracted from Medical Mart for Intensive Care-IV. Four logistic regression model established incorporated with subgroup analysis restricted cubic spline (RCS). The cutoff value acquired receiver operator characteristic curve (ROC), propensity score matching (PSM) utilized attenuate confounding effect. Survival evaluate relationship 30-day or 90-day all-cause mortality. Results: Among 7,518 participants, 1,685 cases occurred.
