Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia (ADRD) is prevalent in one nine individuals age 65 or above, it has a 65% higher risk of incidence for African American/Black adults. With an aging population the United States persisting healthcare inequities adults, our research aims to explore design requirements digital health platform delivering culturally relevant content that informs Americans/Black adults (45 years older) about brain participation clinical ADRD studies. We conducted seven focus groups (n = 44) collect information on facilitators barriers literacy research, followed by participatory workshops collaboratively develop solutions improving research. Our findings provide insights into incorporating community accessible, technological reducing disparities
