Background: Pre-eclampsia (PE) remains a leading cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity mortality worldwide. Early detection risk stratification are critical for improving pregnancy outcomes. This review aims to summarize current advancements in PE screening, including clinical factors, biomarkers, imaging techniques, predictive models. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted using PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Google Scholar identify relevant studies on screening prediction. Peer-reviewed original studies, systematic reviews, meta-analyses published English were included, while case reports conference abstracts excluded. Results: Traditional methods rely history emerging approaches incorporate biochemical markers ultrasound parameters enhance accuracy. Machine learning models artificial intelligence (AI)-driven algorithms being explored improved stratification. However, challenges such as data heterogeneity, lack external validation, integration into practice remain. Conclusions: Advances hold promise early identification targeted prevention strategies. Future research should focus validating diverse populations, integrating AI with traditional methods, developing personalized reduce PE-associated complications.
