Patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) experience significant psychological distress due to infertility, with depression and anxiety being the most common manifestations. This study investigates influence of family support self-efficacy on mental health patients in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). The aim is assess direct indirect effects function IVF-ET through pathway analyses, thereby providing novel insights for improving patients' well-being. A cross-sectional was conducted from March July 2021, employing convenience sampling recruit 291 participants a tertiary care hospital's medicine center. Data were collected using Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Depression (SDS), General Self-Efficacy (GSES), Family APGAR index (APGAR), Demographic Characteristics Form. Descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation multiple linear regression analysis performed.
