Our goal was to determine the differences in changes cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory interaction indicators during a respiratory maneuver with change breathing rate athletes different types of heart regulation. The results study 183 healthy men aged 21.2 ± 2.3 years, who were systematically involved various sports, analyzed. According analysis HRV spontaneous breathing, divided into 4 groups taking account type regulation (HRR). Group 1 (with I) consisted 53 people, group 2 II)-29 3 III)-85 IV)-16 people. methodology for studying system included combined measurements activity sitting position using spiroarteriocardiorhythmograph. duration 6 min. controlled frequency 15 per minute (CR6 CR15), it is shown that pronounced predominance parasympathetic influences (type IV) conditions excessive control moderate hyperventilation, arterial baroreflex sensitivity (δBRLF δBRHF) are noted comparison other HRR. Athletes IV at CR6 δBRLF significantly differ from III (p = 0.026) do not II 0.141). In δBRHF 0.038 p 0.043)-from I II. It sympathetic (types II), reactivity BRS response hyperventilation (CR15) lower. Changes Hildebrandt index volume synchronization additionally differentiate HRR associated influences. use current showed informativeness differentiation states functional overstrain.
