This research aims to reveal the influence of human resource management practices on innovative work behaviour and mediating variables organisational citizenship employee satisfaction. was conducted at Khairun University with a sample 150 people. Data collected using questionnaire distributed via Google Form application. To analyse data, Partial Leads Square (PLS) used. The results description respondents' answers revealed that all were assessed by respondents in sufficient category. seven hypotheses tested this declared accepted, both direct indirect effects. Six have positive direction influence, only one has negative namely behaviour. So, whether an endogenous variable is good or bad determined condition exogenous variable. Based these findings, it recommended severe attention from leadership elements be given improve studied organisation.

This paper studies the use of mobile banking in Jordan and factors affecting its adoption through Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). It examines user behavior across new technologies resistance to adoption, focusing on such as perceived ease use, usefulness, cost, social influence, trust. The study employed convenience sampling because privacy restrictions lack a reliable customer database. 498 individuals completed structured questionnaire, 437 them provided valid answers (87.8%). Despite extensive research and practice in the topic of customer relationship management (CRM), hotel industry still lacks clarity on effect CRM satisfaction performance.
