Researchers and companies are placing increasing importance on sustainability to fight climate change. This study analyzes the of hotel installation, photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, transition from traditional lighting light-emitting diode (LED) bulbs. The results show that for PV system, NPV (net present value) varied between 3191 11,959 kTND/kW installation panels has a positive 100% in case high market scenario 79–84% with reduced activity. Regarding energy optimization, use LED bulbs generates an 346 713 TND/bulb, depending self-consumption cost electricity. Ecological studies installing would reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 424 gCO2eq/kWh, or 61 tCO2eq/year.
