review

Purpose
This
paper
explores
the
effect
of
green
HRM
practices
and
greener
dynamics
towards
performance
management
(GPM)
in
hotels
Pakistan.
Design/methodology/approach

quantitative

cross-sectional

employees
working

structural
equation
model
(SEM),

positive

on
self-efficacy

demonstrates
GSE
creativity
(GC)

predictor

GC,

positively
significantly

present

market
scenario

reduced

Regarding
energy
optimization,

LED
bulbs

an

TND/bulb,
