Nowadays, colleges and universities focus on the assessment model for considering educational offers, suitable environments, circumstances students’ growth, as well influence of Teaching Quality (TQ) applicability skills promoted by teaching to life. excellence is an important evaluation metric at university level, but it challenging determine accurately due its wide range influencing factors. Fuzzy Deep Learning (DL) approaches must be could build that can precisely measure qualities enhance accuracy. Combining fuzzy logic DL provide a powerful approach assessing factors college effects implementing Sequential Intuitionistic (SIF) assisted Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) proposed. used sets assess affect quality methods raise standard education. LSTM create predictive pinpoint primary forecast outcomes in future using those academic growth. The enhancement SIF-LSTM proved accuracy 98.4%, Mean Square Error (MSE) 0.028%, Tucker Lewis Index (TLI) all entropy non-membership membership degree correlation related various dimensional measures. effectiveness proposed validated data sources with set 60+ teachers’ open-ended questionnaire surveys from university.
