The mutualistic coexistence between the host and endophyte is diverse complex, including growth regulation, exchange of substances like nutrients or biostimulants, protection from microbial herbivore attack. latter commonly associated with production by endophytes bioactive natural products, which also possess multiple activities, antibacterial, insecticidal, antioxidant, antitumor, antidiabetic properties, making them interesting valuable model for future development into drugs. higher plants have been extensively studied, but there a dearth information on biodiversity endophytic microorganisms bryophytes and, more importantly, their metabolites. For first time, we name bryophyte “bryendophytes” to elaborate this important productive source biota. In review, summarize current knowledge diversity compounds produced endophytes, emphasizing molecules bryendophytes. Moreover, isolation methods bryendophytes mosses, liverworts, hornworts are described.

The rapid increase in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) projects a "global emergency" and necessitates need to discover alternative resources for combating drug-resistant pathogens or "superbugs." One of the key themes "One Health Concept" is based on fact that interconnected network humans, environment, animal habitats majorly contribute selection spread AMR. Moreover, injudicious overuse antibiotics healthcare, associated disciplines, further aggravates concern. prevalence persistence AMR global economic burden are constantly witnessing an upsurge due fewer therapeutic options, rising mortality statistics, expensive healthcare. present decade has witnessed extensive exploration utilization bio-based harnessing potential efficacies. discovery characterization diverse chemical entities from endophytes as potent antimicrobials define important yet less-explored area natural product-mediated drug discovery. Endophytes-produced show efficacies targeting microbial synthetic biology (SB) mediated engineering yield enhancement, forms prospective research. In keeping with urgent requirements new/novel growing concerns about pathogenic microbes AMR, this paper comprehensively reviews emerging trends, prospects, challenges their effective production via SB. According to the World Health Organization, it is estimated that by 2050, drug-resistant infections could cause up 10 million deaths annually. Therefore, finding a new generation of antibiotics crucial. Natural compounds from endophytic fungi are considered potential source new-generation antibiotics. The antimicrobial and cytotoxic effects ethyl acetate extracts nine fungal isolates obtained Hyssopus officinalis were investigated for bioassay-guided isolation natural compounds. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most popular cereal crops, being consumed by almost half world’s population. Among several cultivars widely distributed in Thailand, Maled Phai a Thai pigmented-upland rice with exceptionally high nutritional value and demand local market. This study aimed to investigate feasibility producing plant growth-promoting properties (PGP) enhancing accumulation phytochemicals seeds endophytic fungi isolated from upland black rice. total 56 isolates, 4 effective PGP isolates were identified as Trichoderma zelobreve PBMP16, Talaromyces pinophilus PBMP28, Aspergillus flavus KKMP34, sp. PBMP4 based on their morphological characteristics multigene (ITS, rpb2, tef-1, CaM, BenA) phylogenetic analyses. These four could promote growth parameters under greenhouse conditions. Outstandingly, inoculated Tr. PBMP16 had significant increase seed weight, root length, phenolic compounds, anthocyanin, antioxidants, N uptake, which higher than those noninoculated control, even better chemical fertilizer. Overall, this report shows that efficiently promoted increased antioxidants
