The capacity of transport infrastructure is one the very important tasks in engineering, which depends mostly on geometric characteristics road and headway analysis. In this paper, we have considered 14 sections determined their efficiency based We developed a novel interval fuzzy-rough-number decision-making model consisting DEA (data envelopment analysis), IFRN SWARA (interval-valued stepwise weight-assessment-ratio WASPAS weighted-aggregate sum–product assessment) methods. main contribution study new extension method with fuzzy rough numbers. Firstly, was applied to determine according seven input–output parameters. Seven out fourteen alternatives showed full were implemented further model. After that, used for calculation final weights, while ranking sections. results show that two are similar almost equal efficiency, other stable. According obtained, best-ranked measuring segment Ivanjska–Šargovac section, gradient = −5.5%, has low deviating values headways measurement classes from PC-PC AT-PC, shows balanced continuous traffic flow. Finally, verification tests such as changing criteria comparative analysis, λ parameter, reverse rank analysis been performed.
