The capacity of transport infrastructure is one the very important tasks in engineering, which depends mostly on geometric characteristics road and headway analysis. In this paper, we have considered 14 sections determined their efficiency based We developed a novel interval fuzzy-rough-number decision-making model consisting DEA (data envelopment analysis), IFRN SWARA (interval-valued stepwise weight-assessment-ratio WASPAS weighted-aggregate sum–product assessment) methods. main contribution study new extension method with fuzzy rough numbers. This paper applies a conceptual tool, fuzzy-based decision model, the appraisal of attractiveness electric vehicle acquisition navigates multifaceted complexities integrating economic, environmental, infrastructural factors. A concise overview fuzzy principles highlights their relevance to management uncertain contexts. The study uses practical example demonstrate how set-based models assess EV synthesizing costs, environmental impact, depreciation, energy independence variables. findings reveal model’s potential enhance clarity efficiency, offering managers simple but robust framework for navigating complex trade-offs. Implications sustainable suggestions future research on advanced support systems are discussed.

This study is focused on the problem of contractor selection for implementation a solar power plant project to produce electricity from sustainable sources needs company Voćar.
