This chapter notes that in Zimbabwe and South Africa, where challenges such as service delivery, economic instability, technological disruptions are prevalent, the potential of advanced technologies to reshape public workforce is recognised. However, very few studies position digital transformation HRM within these countries' contextual constraints opportunities necessitating a need for more systematic inquiries. The study draws from various peer-reviewed articles expansive policy documents on sector Africa Zimbabwe. It found while two countries have recognised importance laid down frameworks support this transition, their paths diverge implementation effectiveness faced. Strategic administrative hurdles impede Africa's journey, whereas infrastructural HR deeply challenge Zimbabwe's. recommends must establish solid strategies HRM.

In the face of climate change, agricultural productivity is severely threatened by unpredictable weather patterns and changing environmental conditions, underscoring critical need for innovative solutions to bolster resilience optimize yields. This study delves into potential artificial intelligence (AI), specifically through use machine learning deep techniques, develop adaptation strategies aimed at enhancing outcomes. By integrating AI with climatological data, research predicts mitigates adverse impacts on crop yields, utilizing a combination models analyze historical data alongside performance. These models, trained datasets including temperature, rainfall, soil moisture, genetic information, are adept forecasting future outcomes under varied climatic scenarios suggest optimal that significantly improve Consequently, these AI-based serve as robust tools farmers policymakers, enabling them make informed decisions aligned anticipated conditions. The findings not only underscore efficacy in transforming actionable insights enhance but also contribute field science providing technologically advanced approach adaptation. Furthermore, this paves way studies integration real-time sensing technologies, thereby offering dynamic framework management supports sustainable farming practices global food security amid challenges.
