Background: Global estimates reveal striking inequities in the breast cancer burden according to human development. The best therapy is prevention. Primary prevention involves health promotion and risk reduction general population so that invasive cancers do not develop. Aim: assess female workers’ knowledge about preventive measures at Beni-Suef University. Subjects Methods: A purposeful sample of 323 University working women was chosen. Tools: Women's cancer, self-examination, strategies evaluated using a structured interviewing questionnaire sheet. Questionnaire on Health Belief Models. Checklist Preventive Measures for Breast Cancer. Results: illustrated 71.8% studied had poor levels regarding cancer.
