Abstract Background Sirtuin 7 (SIRT7) is pivotal in diverse diseases progression. Importantly, SIRT7 associated with melanin production. However, whether regulates vitiligo unclear. Vitiligo is a common autoimmune skin disease caused by autoreactive CD8+ T cells.
