The
Government
of
Korea
uses
green
remodeling
(GR)
as
a
central
policy
for
achieving
carbon
neutrality
in
the
building
sector.
However,
despite
GR’s
energy-saving
benefits,
it
raises
embodied
(EC)
due
to
incorporation
new
materials,
and
there
is
lack
impact
analysis
assessment
research.
Thus,
this
study
established
GR-LCA
methodology
evaluate
environmental
impacts
(EIs)
GR,
including
EC.
disaggregated
assessed
effects
EC
energy
on
GR
terms
proportion
EC,
six
EI
categories,
reduction
impacts.
revealed
that
accounted
10.6%,
reducing
9.89%
when
EPD
materials
were
used.
In
across
EIs,
GWP
was
reduced
0.84
EP
0.96.
ODP,
ADP,
AP,
POCP,

elevated
by
high
EIs
from
material
inputs,
