Abstract Iranian saffron products hold a unique place in the global market as most highly valued agricultural and medicinal commodities. The various uses of make it clear that there is need for special attention to supply chain network. Unfortunately, absence an integrated network within industry has resulted significant challenges related management demand fulfillment. Addressing real-world uncertainties paramount when developing models optimization problems. Therefore, this research proposes multi-objective model designing under uncertainty. objectives are decrease total cost chain, increase job opportunities economic development regions, improve quality products. proposed mathematical solved using interactive fuzzy method deal with multiple functions. Furthermore, possibilistic chance constrained programming employed effectively manage uncertain variables such demand, cost, social parameters model. To demonstrate applicability validity solution method, real case study was conducted Khorasan Razavi province, Iran. Additionally, because complexity large-scale networks, non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II simulated annealing algorithms proposed.
