Abstract Pesticides and heavy metals are considered as potent contaminants in aquatic environment. Both sourced into the ecosystems by various types of anthropogenic well natural practices. Such contamination drastically affect normal activity associated living organisms particularly fish. pesticides toxicity cause several negative effects on fish growth, physiology, immune response, reproduction, embryonic larval development different histopathology major organs including gill, kidney, liver, gonads, intestine. Besides, consumption contaminated poses a serious health concern to consumers. Considering these issues, current review is designed investigate toxic aspects fishes along with their possible sources, types, mode action role medicinal herbs mitigate toxicity.

Malaria poses a global threat to human health, with millions of cases and thousands deaths each year, mainly affecting developing countries in tropical subtropical regions. Malaria’s causative agent is Plasmodium species, generally transmitted the hematophagous act female Anopheles sp. mosquitoes. The main approaches fighting malaria are eliminating parasite through drug treatments preventing transmission vector control. However, resistance current strategies set challenge. In response loss efficacy environmental impact pesticides, focus shifted search for biocompatible products that could be antimalarial. Plant derivatives have millennial application traditional medicine, including treatment malaria, show toxic effects towards mosquito, aside from being accessible affordable. Its disadvantage lies type administration because green chemical compounds rapidly degrade. nanoformulation these can improve bioavailability, solubility, efficacy. Thus, nanotechnology-based development plant represents relevant tool fight against malaria. We aim review nanoparticles synthesized extracts on while outlining nanotechnology synthesis prevention strategies.

Heavy metal pollution is one of the main causes environmental changes. C. olivieri used as a biomonitoring beetle in polluted site city Kafr El-Zayat province Al Gharbia Egypt which houses pesticides and chemicals factories. After analyzing our data, we noticed significant variation mRNA expression MT HSp70 group compared with control indicates effect exposure to heavy metals. On level ultrastructural examination, data revealed several abnormalities semithin transmission sections trophocytes oocytes undergo degeneration. The ooplasms were clearly seen vacuolate dissociate. There also deteriorated yolk granules seen. looked like spherical cells normal nuclear envelopes agglomerated chromatin nucleus. other hand, there some cellular deteriorations group. Occasionally, aberrant nuclei defined or intended envelope observed FECs.
