The spinning speed parameter plays a crucial role in determining the properties of an n-TiO2/ZnO bilayer thin film fabricated using sol–gel spin-coating technique, especially for solar cell applications. In this study, various speeds were employed on film, and characterizations conducted, such as morphological, structural, optical properties. findings revealed that optimal conditions achieved at 3000 rpm. Under condition, homogenous compact surface morphology was observed, with even distribution ZnO grains. successful fabrication confirmed by presence characteristic peaks both TiO2 ZnO. Obviously, three dominant orientation peaks, which included (100), (002), (101) identified. prevalence (002)-ZnO plane indicated high-quality structure excellent crystallinity. terms properties, achievement high transmittance up to 75% resembles transparency film. energy is estimated 3.10 eV. summary, played pivotal enhancing making it significant factor its development diverse
