Hybrid nanofluids are recognized as advanced due to their superior thermal properties and the potential advantages they offer in boosting efficiency of machines. Keeping hybrid nanofluids, this study aims discuss numerical solution for micro-rotating tangent nanofluid induced by a porous stretchable sheet. The physcial model is mathematically formulated. mathematical formulation yields set non-linear partial differential equations. To derive similarity solution, variables introduced. system equations achieved engaging Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg 45 (RKF-45) method, conjunction with shooting method. Graphical representations employed demonstrate physical significance relevant parameters. It observed that rise both permeability medium magnetic parameter lead significant decrease skin friction coefficient. Refractory metals that can withstand at high temperatures and harsh conditions are of utmost importance for solar-thermal energy storage applications. Thin films TiN have been deposited using cathodic vacuum arc deposition relatively low ∼300 °C the substrate bias ∼ −60 V. The nanomechanical properties these were investigated nanoindentation spatial fluctuations observed. results simulated finite element method through Johnson-Cook model. A parametric study was conducted, 16 different models to predict hardening modulus, exponent, yield stress film. predicted values elastic stress, modulus exponent as 246 GPa, 2500 MPa, 25000 MPa 0.1 respectively found satisfactorily explain experimental load-indentation curves. We local nitridation plays an important role on thin confirms nitrogen deficient regions ductile with modulus. This further opens opportunities modelling nanoscale system FEM analysis.
