Abstract Introduction B cells have a central regulatory role in various diseases. While macrophages are found the disease microenvironment and interact with tissue diverse immune cells, their relationship remains poorly explored. Methods This study used an asthma animal model macrophage depletion demonstrated significant exacerbation of symptoms upon removal, coupled marked reduction IL-10+ B-cell expression. Results Further analysis revealed that interacting were M2 subtype. Furthermore, our sequencing data indicated potential mechanism wherein promote activity through TGF-β pathway oxidative phosphorylation pathways. Conclusion These findings suggest modulate ultimately mitigating mouse models.

In solid organ transplantation, especially renal for the induction of immune tolerance, accumulating evidence has revealed that Regulatory B cells (Breg) play a crucial role in stimulating alleviating responses, and improving graft survival. We describe heterogeneous nature Bregs, focusing on their defining surface markers regulatory functions. Meanwhile, major cytokine secretion function correlation between Breg Treg or other checkpoints to balance responses are addressed. Furthermore, we summarized intrinsic extrinsic pathways costimulatory stimuli differentiation from naïve cells. More importantly, progression tolerance (kidney, liver, heart, lung, islet) transplantation. This is an up-to-date review origin transplantation how it induces both murine models human

Abstract Regulatory B cells (Bregs) play a crucial role in maintaining immune tolerance and preventing autoimmune diseases. However, conditions, the quantity function of Bregs are often impaired, leading to pro-inflammatory microenvironment dysregulation. This review provides an in-depth examination how affected various diseases, including multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren’s disease, diabetes, other conditions. By summarizing alterations phenotype these specific we conclude that response is complex variable, showing inconsistent trend across different diseases or even within same disease. Thus, understanding heterogeneous nature pathogenesis facilitates novel therapeutic strategies re-establish equilibrium.
