Regulatory B cells, the key regulator to induce immune tolerance in organ transplantation

In

transplantation,
especially
renal

tolerance,
accumulating
evidence
has
revealed
that
Regulatory
B
cells
(Breg)
play
a
crucial
role
in
stimulating
alleviating
responses,
and
improving
graft
survival.
We
describe
heterogeneous
nature
Bregs,
focusing
on
their
defining
surface
markers
regulatory
functions.
Meanwhile,
major
cytokine
secretion
function
correlation
between
Breg
Treg
or
other
checkpoints
to
balance
responses
are
addressed.
Furthermore,
we
summarized
intrinsic
extrinsic
pathways
costimulatory
stimuli
differentiation
from
naïve
cells.
More
importantly,
progression
tolerance
(kidney,
liver,
heart,
lung,
islet)
transplantation.

Abstract
Regulatory
B
cells
(Bregs)
play
a
crucial
role
in
maintaining
immune
tolerance
and
preventing
autoimmune
diseases.
However,
conditions,
the
quantity
function
of
Bregs
are
often
impaired,
leading
to
pro-inflammatory
microenvironment
dysregulation.
This
review
provides
an
in-depth
examination
how
affected
various
diseases,
including
multiple
sclerosis,
rheumatoid
arthritis,
systemic
lupus
erythematosus,
Sjögren’s
disease,
diabetes,
other
conditions.
By
summarizing
alterations
phenotype
these
specific
we
conclude
that
response
is
complex
variable,
showing
inconsistent
trend
across
different
diseases
or
even
within
same
disease.
Thus,
understanding
heterogeneous
nature
pathogenesis
facilitates
novel
therapeutic
strategies
re-establish
equilibrium.

Abstract
Introduction
B
cells
have
a
central
regulatory
role
in
various
diseases.
While
macrophages
are
found
the
disease
microenvironment
and
interact
with
tissue
diverse
immune
cells,
their
relationship
remains
poorly
explored.
Methods
This
study
used
an
asthma
animal
model
macrophage
depletion
demonstrated
significant
exacerbation
of
symptoms
upon
removal,
coupled
marked
reduction
IL-10+
B-cell
expression.
Results
Further
analysis
revealed
that
interacting
were
M2
subtype.
Furthermore,
our
sequencing
data
indicated
potential
mechanism
wherein
promote
activity
through
TGF-β
pathway
oxidative
phosphorylation
pathways.
Conclusion
These
findings
suggest
modulate
ultimately
mitigating
mouse
models.
