Purpose By incorporating I4.0 technologies, the agri-food supply chain (AFSC) can become leaner, faster, more robust and greener. However, many challenges must be overcome to fully realise in this context. Therefore, paper aims identify that hinder adoption of technologies on development Lean, Agile, Resilient Green (LARG) AFSC. Design/methodology/approach The approach adopted was addressed literature with expert opinion Total Interpretive Structural Modelling (TISM) for adaptation. In addition, a Weighted Influence Non-linear Gauge Systems (WINGS) methodology has been developed uses generate power influence matrix. Drug supply chains have been facing severe issues as counterfeit product cases are increasing exponentially. A chain management system that ensures transparency, reliability, and provenance of drugs would increase the trustworthiness whole industry. One solution to all three needs is utilizing blockchain-based distributed ledger technologies (DLTs). Even though DLTs emerging an ideal infrastructure for multi-stakeholder applications, they still need be more mature address specific challenges each use case. In this article, we propose a framework, PHTrack, leveraging hyperledger sawtooth drug traceability system. Hyperledger addresses scalability by offering robust foundation support large-scale operations in modular way it's participating stakeholder. Furthermore, it simplifies integration process with existing systems, even those employing different technologies, thereby facilitating smoother transition DLTs. The design PHTrack oriented towards minimizing resource consumption throughout process, particularly within nodes. Additionally, incorporates quantum secure off-chain communication peer-to-peer (P2P) communication. set experiments was conducted validate proposed framework. Experiments shown provides reliable comprehensive well real-time tracking.

Due to global market competition, there is an increasing emphasis on utilizing lean, agile, resilient, and green (LARG) paradigms improve Supply Chain (SC) performance. Furthermore, as technology advances, Knowledge Management (KM) essential in improving SC performance through information sharing, processes, coordination collaboration. Thus, this research proposes a novel approach integrating KM with LARG enhance Also, the decision framework presented using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approaches, including Grey Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA-G) Measurement of Alternatives Ranking according Compromise Solution (MARCOS-G) method. The implemented automobile enterprise findings indicated that building collaboration efficiency, facilitate operations, reduce communication exchange costs was introduced most critical strategy automotive industry.

Purpose This research aims to analyze the deployment of lean practices and resilience capabilities within healthcare supply chain across different disruptive scenarios.
