Penggunaan sering dianggap sebagai paling praktis tidak memakan waktu[15] .Penggunaan waktu Inhibitor dapat digunakan pada berbagai logam, besi, baja, aluminium, tembaga. [16]Penggunaan dalam industri, lain: industri minyak gas pipa gas. Industri pengolahan makanan peralatan makanan. farmasi farmasi. maritim kapal laut. otomotif kendaraan.Penggunaan membantu mengurangi biaya perbaikan penggantian disebabkan [17].Dalam upaya menemukan cara menghentikan sebelum dimulai. Magnesium–lithium (Mg–Li) alloys are characteristic of great potentials for transformative weight reduction across diverse applications, from aeronautics and spacecraft to automobiles, electronics, biomaterials. However, commercial services on Mg–Li remain challenges given their poor corrosion resistance. This article critically reviews state-of-the-art progress corrosion-resistant coatings alloys, aiming unlocking the full potential such promising materials. While magnesium (Mg) is a promising material for personalized temporary implants, the lack of digital manufacturing solution Mg implants impedes its potential progress. This study introduces hybrid process that integrates binder jet additive with automated dry post-machining to enable end-to-end implants. Spherical cap-shaped were additively manufactured through jetting. These placed on graphite flakes during sintering as non-reactive support material, allowing unrestricted shrinkage 15.2 % relative density 87 %. Microstructural and dimensional analysis revealed consistent interconnected porous microstructures distortion within ± 0.2 mm original drawing. High-speed milling sintered samples, assessed via an orthogonal cutting test, identified optimized parameters. A three-step machining 5-axis machining, along clamping strategies, referencing, adaptive plug-in, successfully implemented. The binder-jet printed resulted in average roughness < 1.3 µm no defects. In summary, this work robust advance transformative landscape scaffolds.

Using a suite of techniques, including potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and open circuit potential measurements, we investigated the corrosion resistance transition metal chelates derived from Schiff base ligands against mild steel, copper oxide, aluminum, stainless high-carbon steel in acidic environments containing varying concentrations hydrochloric acid, hydroxide ions, sulfate ions at 25 °C. Spectral, quantitative, physico-chemical analyses were employed to characterize compounds under investigation. Our findings reveal significant inhibition across various substrates tested media by studied compounds. Moreover, observed an enhancement efficacy with increasing complexes. Notably, negative values Gibb's free adsorption energy (ΔG°ads) challenge applicability Langmuir isotherm, suggesting novel perspective on control mechanisms. study underscores bases related as effective inhibitors, providing insights into their utilization factors influencing application mitigation strategies.
