This study investigates the effects of curing period (0, 4, 7, and 28 days), density (1.6 1.8 g/cm³), cement content (1%, 3%, 6%, 10%) on behavior cemented sand. Unconfined compressive strength (UCS) tests assessed strength, while permeability was evaluated through constant head tests. Additionally, ultra-pulse velocity (UPV) testing used to assess shear modulus (G0) as a nondestructive evaluation method. The findings demonstrate that increasing extending duration enhance both reducing permeability. Specifically, 10% days result in significant improvement, with UCS reaching 2.7 MPa G0 attaining 1.2 MPa. Higher also enhances but lowers Hydrological modeling stormwater systems reveals elevates surface runoff volume shifts soil Curve Number from 61 89 (for 1% at g/cm³ density, respectively), indicating reduced infiltration capacity increased potential. Statistical analysis confirmed relationships between content, time, resulting permeability, p-values below 5%, strong statistical significance. For urban requiring permeability-strength equilibrium, g/cm3 6% cement, 7-day mix is recommended support groundwater recharge maintaining pavement durability.
