The traditional dimission prediction method for knowledge workers does not take into account the impact of job burnout on employees’ tendency, resulting in low accuracy prediction. In view above problems, this paper introduces employee evaluation and researches turnover tendency based BP neural network. After analyzing influencing factors workers, index system is established. weight was determined by fuzzy hierarchy, network model Boosting added fusion layer correlation analysis intention to predict employees. test, rate higher than 90%, reliability higher, it more helpful human resource management.

Students’ burnout has been widely investigated in recent decades, mainly showing a higher risk for female students across academic levels. To our knowledge, few studies have whether employed experience risks. In this regard, previous findings shown mixed results. The current study the differences based on students’ gender and worker status. We expected to find among groups their participants were 494 Italian university (49.6% students; 49.4% working students) who completed short version of Burnout Assessment Tool Core dimensions (BAT-C). Firstly, we BAT-C measurement invariance status subgroups. Secondly, multivariate analysis variance (MANOVA) showed significant Specifically, levels exhaustion, cognitive impairment, emotional impairment than male students. Nevertheless, no interactive effects between observed sample. sum up, is key factor understanding several BAT symptoms, it should be considered by staff interested preventing at its dropout consequences.

OBJECTIVE: Despite decades of burnout research, clinical validated cut-off scores that discriminate between those who suffer from and don’t are still lacking. To establish such scores, the current study uses a newly developed questionnaire, Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) consists four subscales (exhaustion, mental distancing, emotional cognitive impairment). Separate cut-offs were computed for at risk suffering severe original BAT-23 as well shortened BAT-12. METHODS: Relative operating characteristic (ROC) analyses carried out using representative samples healthy employees The Netherlands (N=1370), Belgium (Flanders; N=1403) Finland (N=1350). In addition, received diagnosis used (N=335, 158 50, respectively). RESULTS: diagnostic accuracy BAT (area under curve) ranges good to excellent with exception which is fair. country-specific values their specificity sensitivity comparable pooled sample. CONCLUSIONS: addition cut-offs, general can be tentatively in other similar countries, pending future replication studies. Caution warranted distance this subscale relatively poor. It concluded organizational surveys identifying and, treatment settings, burnout, keeping mind tentativeness present cut-offs.

Abstract Nurses may experience burnout more than other professions. Occupational is a serious concern considering the importance of nurses' jobs in patient care. This study was carried out with aim designing and validating questionnaire factors operating room nurses. Mixed method done two qualitative quantitative phases 2022 on Iranian In first stage, concept explained using interviews literature review, items were generated. second face validity, content construct validity examined 342 nurses, also reliability tested internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) stability (test–retest). After conducting interview 65 questions extracted. Based 4 modified. 40 remained. after exploratory factor analysis, 34 5 dimensions These included Organizational, Individual, Interpersonal, Nature Managerial factors. Cronbach's alpha intra-class correlation coefficient equal to 0.937 0.946, respectively. The designed tool based understanding nurses has appropriate acceptable reliability. Therefore, it can be used measure

The Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) has shown satisfactory validity evidence in several countries, with the 23-item version of instrument reporting adequate psychometric properties also Italian context. This paper is aimed to present results from validation 12-item BAT. Based on a sample 2277 workers, our supported factorial higher-order model represented by 4 first-order factors corresponding core dimensions burnout, namely exhaustion, mental distance, and emotional cognitive impairment. measure invariance BAT-12 between data collected before during COVID-19 pandemic was supported. However, ANCOVA suggest higher score second-order burnout factor comparison earlier data. In line JD-R model, total reported positive association job demands (i.e., workload, time pressure, role conflict) negative resources autonomy, coworkers' support) personal optimism, social self-efficacy, task self-efficacy). Additionally, showed work engagement components vigor, dedication, absorption) attitudes satisfaction, affective commitment). All all, identify as brief reliable tool for measuring among workers.

Healthcare workers (HCWs) represents one of the highest-risk population to develop burnout symptoms. Recently, a new tool has been designed measure several dimensions that capture an exhaustive expression symptoms by six (i.e., exhaustion; mental distance; cognitive impairment; emotional psychological distress; psychosomatic complaints). The current study aims adapt Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) Italian workers' sample confirming original second-order factorial structure. Furthermore, we expected find good indexes reliability and validity tests. Participants were 697 Health Care Workers (Female = 68.44%; mean age 36.47; SD 11.20). Data collected self-report questionnaires submitted snowball method.Findings show fit BAT's structure, hypothesized model. established with study's measures. The BAT for HCWs is eligible as evaluate in at-risk multi-facet constellation

Method: cross-sectional study design with non-probability sampling method was used among 3594 The assessed by means analysis based on internal structure, relations external variables, and response process items. Results: factor models showed goodness-of-fit data. However, complete model enabled better understanding burnout syndrome sample. It attested dimensions were positively correlated depression, anxiety stress symptoms negatively job satisfaction life. items revealed that works properly both group workers who reported having emotional or psychological health problems denied these problems.
