The use of filter cake and vinasse in agriculture began the 1970s intensified 1990s. Currently, Ukraine war high value fertilizers have created opportunities for fertilization programs agricultural systems with sustainable goals. This review presents updated data (1988–2024) a discussion on potential indicates current progress research this subject addition to future prospects. Filter stands out due formulation organomineral direct application composted or fresh forms, favoring agronomic efficiency phosphorus. fertigation is feasible replaces potassium mineral other nutrients following an organic matrix. Future perspectives point basis from different approaches. aim potentiate their benefits soil-plant-atmosphere system. It noteworthy that vinasse, when combined growth-promoting bacteria irrigated crops, can nullify negative effects climate change increased productivity and, at same time, meet United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. contributes facing global challenges related food security recycling generating clean bioenergy sugarcane biomass.

The objective of this study was to conduct a comparative analysis the performance hydrogels prepared from two distinct raw materials and identify with optimal overall capacity for dry farming applications. Ten grafted polymer were melon peel (MP) orange (OP). A degree swelling, water absorption time, pH range, reusability, soil retention water-holding revealed that MP-based exhibited superior in all evaluated parameters when compared their OP-based counterparts. treatment group MPs highest an absorptive up 765.6 g/g ultrapure water. optimum ratio at = 8.1 606.8 g/g, as determined by Gaussian distribution modeling. best reusability demonstrated average 445.0 g/g. swelling 84.0 process repeated seven times. After MP-gels applied soil, it observed gels enhanced holding sandy soil. increased 271.0% addition MP-gel, growth wheat found be normal 1.5% 2.0% MP-gel added under drought-stress conditions. In light necessity reuse agricultural waste, preparation can facilitate improvement address issue scarcity agriculture. This offers viable solution management crops conditions drought stress.

Farming systems should be sustainable in order to protect the soil from diseases and pests while preserving environment generating economic social benefits. The use of biological products can help reduce negative characteristics that damage increase likelihood healthy plant growth. Therefore, aim this study was investigate influence biotreatment on physical properties different soils substrates as well strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) yield. In laboratory trials, “Asia” strawberries were grown one by special containers substrates: loam (L), clay (C), sandy (SL), compost (CS), coconut fiber (CF). treated once a week with product based molasses magnesium sulfate fertilized complex fertilizer: NPK11-11-21 + K2O Mg, S, B, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn, enriched potassium. Soil substrate temperature, moisture, density, total porosity, aeration electrical conductivity yield measured test containing plants. Studies have shown bioproducts does not significantly improve substrates. However, trend results shows using bioproduct for longer period time would greater effect substrates, especially peat-based prepared greenhouse use. Berry yields increased (46.6% 100%) CS CF variants.

As global energy demand has increased, bioenergy emerged as a viable option for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This study focuses on using waste materials from the sugar industry, such sugarcane straw, bagasse, and filter cake, to compress into pellets investigate pelletizing behavior usage. Raw material preparation was critical phase influencing efficiency. Biomass pellet quality depended uniform particle size distribution adequate moisture content. A content of 20% (wb) found be suitable biomass pelletization sector. Specific in process ranged 144.28 197.85 Wh/kg. The suggested mixing ingredients (sugarcane leaves: bagasse: cake) 0% leaves, 90% 10% 5% 93.5% 1.5% cake resulted with bulk density over 600 kg/m3 durability at least 97.5%. All aspects were assessed according standardized criteria developing processing technology industry byproducts. method could improve efficiency, boost production volume, lower costs, promote efficient cost-effective use renewable energy.
