This study investigates the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within Indian organizations. Employing a bibliometric analysis, research explores application AI-powered tools mitigating bias during recruitment performance evaluations. Findings suggest that anonymized applications skill-based assessments facilitated by AI can contribute to fairer decision-making processes. However, analysis also identifies significant ethical practical challenges, including data privacy concerns lack algorithmic transparency. Notably, highlights growing emphasis on developing fair algorithms integrating DE&I principles throughout design process. underscores critical need for robust frameworks ongoing tailored context. By navigating these complexities, organizations harness potential foster more inclusive equitable work environment.
