Abstract: Background: Multiple factors cause male infertility. To date, there is insufficient data to support claims that selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) affect the effectiveness of infertility treatments or decrease fertility. This study aimed determine feasibility caused by SSRI antidepressants. Methods: was a retrospective chart review Saudi males who are currently previously treated with SSRIs and attended clinics in KSMC. Results: In total, 299 identified, whom 29 (9.6%) exposed SSRIs, while 270 (90.4%) did not receive defined as control infertile group. The study objective is to investigate the effects of exogenic and endogenic factors on main morphological functional characteristics sperm. Materials methods .
