коронавируса
(COVID-19)
оказала
сильное
влияние
на
все
стороны
жизни
человека,
в
том
числе
и
сферу
труда.Чтобы
сдержать
распространение
вируса,
России
были
приняты
различные
меры
по
обеспечению
санитарно-эпидемиологического
благополучия
населения,
перевод
работников
дистанционный
режим
работы.Однако
нормы,
регламентирующие
особенности
регулирования
труда
дистанционных
работников,
закрепленные
гл.49.1
ТК
РФ,
оказались
недостаточно
гибкими
ограничивали
возможности
применения
информационно-коммуникационных
технологий
трудовых
отношениях,
а
недостаточное
регулирование
спровоцировало
большое
количество
споров
нарушение
прав
работников.Данная
статья
