Stroke
is
a
devastating
complication
of
cardiovascular
interventions.
Intraprocedural
stroke
well-documented
and
feared
risk
cardiac
percutaneous
transcatheter
procedures.

clinically
significant
strokes
are
absent,

large

Transcatheter
aortic
valve
replacement
(TAVR)
has
revolutionized
the
treatment
of
stenosis,

2000s,
TAVR

rapidly
with
advancements

technology,

criteria.

years,

improved
survival
quality
life,
demonstrating
both
safety
efficacy
TAVR,
even
low
surgical
risk.
This

reviews
latest
advances

strategies
treating
stenosis.
It
explores
challenges
long-term
outcomes

technologies
to
improve
