Participants classified insecure if they experienced insufficient access due financial limitations. utilized fixed effects ordered logistic regression implement within-subject research design. Of survivors, 77 (3.1%) moderately 73 (2.9%) severely insecure. In regression, all three measures expenses associated higher odds insecurity. These associations more pronounced males, ethnic minorities, without college education, those fair poor health, retirees, below-median The prevalence was relatively low, 6% sample experiencing Multivariate analyses revealed that major predictor is costs. Given benefits secure access, should consult providers about capacity afford recommended treatments while maintaining healthy diets. Policymakers also consider interventions reduce burden on improved security may enhance treatment outcomes lower cancer-related mortality.
