Background Cognitive errors involve negatively biased or distorted thinking patterns that can hinder effective decision-making. Despite significant prevention efforts, the numbers of physically inactive individuals, chronic illnesses, exhaustion syndromes and sick leaves are increasing. The transferability of polygenic scores across population groups is a major concern with respect to the equitable clinical implementation genomic medicine.
