Abstract Chronic wound management remains a challenge due to the epithelial barrier loss, drug‐resistant bacterial infections, inflammatory storm, and compromised angiogenesis. Herein, boron‐based probe driven theranostic hydrogel dressing for visual monitoring matching chronic wounds healing is developed encourage healing. The (BT) synthesized through dynamic interaction between borax (B) tannic acid (TA) serves as cross‐linker constructing guar gum/polyvinyl alcohol/BT (GPBT) hydrogels. Notably, GPBT hydrogels offer color change remote diagnosis via smartphone. Meanwhile, they exhibit ability match different stages of wounds. Abstract Composite membranes with asymmetric traits have gained attention in liquid separation, featuring gradient chemical and physical attributes that align or oppose mass transfer direction. Chemically configurations harness internal driving forces to heighten separation efficiency, rendering them an appealing option for heightened efficiency fouling prevention. Oral cancer is the most common malignant tumor of head and neck, 90% cases are oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Chemotherapy an important component comprehensive treatment for OSCC.
