Abstract Chronic wound management remains a challenge due to the epithelial barrier loss, drug‐resistant bacterial infections, inflammatory storm, and compromised angiogenesis. Herein, boron‐based probe driven theranostic hydrogel dressing for visual monitoring matching chronic wounds healing is developed encourage healing. The (BT) synthesized through dynamic interaction between borax (B) tannic acid (TA) serves as cross‐linker constructing guar gum/polyvinyl alcohol/BT (GPBT) hydrogels. Notably, GPBT hydrogels offer color change remote diagnosis via smartphone. Meanwhile, they exhibit ability match different stages of wounds. During early alkaline stage, controlled release TA accelerates by polarizing M1 macrophages M2 promoting As progresses into acidic phase, undergo programmed disassembly facilitate tissue regeneration. Remarkably, demonstrates potent antibacterial activity disrupting membrane potential. Furthermore, it has good self‐healing, self‐adaptive, adhesion properties. This multifunctional dressing, featuring healing, lays foundation development personalized precise platforms.

Oral cancer is the most common malignant tumor of head and neck, 90% cases are oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Chemotherapy an important component comprehensive treatment for OSCC.
