The rise of big data and the internet things has driven demand for multimodal sensing high-efficiency low-latency processing. Inspired by human sensory system, we present a multifunctional optoelectronic-memristor-based reservoir computing (OM-RC) system utilizing CuSCN/PbS quantum dots (QDs) heterojunction. OM-RC exhibits volatile nonlinear responses to electrical signals wide-spectrum optical stimuli covering ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared (NIR) regions, enabling multitask processing dynamic signals. accurately performs health monitoring through electroencephalogram electrocardiogram signal analysis achieves object traffic trajectory recognition intelligent driving under challenging conditions like foggy environments. By collaboratively using NIR perception recognition, develop human–computer interaction authentication that integrates finger veins motion behaviors humans, significantly enhancing security traditional fingerprint anticounterfeiting systems. This work demonstrates potential QD-based optoelectronic-memristor in-sensor applications.

Software-Defined Networks (SDN) provides more control and network operation over a infrastructure as an emerging revolutionary paradigm in networking. Operating the many applications preserving services functions, SDN controller is regarded operating system of SDN-based architecture. The has several security problems because its intricate design, even with all amazing features. Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks continuously impact users Internet service providers (ISPs). Because centralized distributed denial (DDoS) on are frequent may have widespread effect network, particularly at layer. We propose to implement both MLP (Multilayer Perceptron) CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) based conventional methods detect Denial Services attack. These models got complex optimizer installed them decrease false positive or DDoS case detection efficiency. use SHAP feature selection technique improve procedure. By assisting identification which features most essential spot incidents, approach aids process enhancing precision flammability. Fine-tuning hyperparameters help Bayesian optimization obtain best model performance another important thing that we do our model. Two datasets, InSDN CICDDoS-2019, utilized assess effectiveness proposed method, 99.95% for true (TP) CICDDoS-2019 dataset 99.98% dataset, results show highly accurate.

ABSTRACT This work presents a fluorescence sensor based on nitrogen‐doped carbon dots (N‐CDs) utilized for sequential detection of Hg 2+ and TNT. The N‐CDs were produced by simple efficient hydrothermal process involving the combination black bean extract with citric acid (CA) ethylenediamine (EDA). resulting exhibit steady blue significant quantum yield 12%. This paper presents a pioneering approach to bolstering network security and privacy by implementing chaotic optical communication with hybrid feedback system (HOFS). The current baseline methods in are often less feasible for systems, including limited robustness, compromised security, synchronization challenges. Therefore, this proposes address these shortcomings integrating the HOFS into systems (HOFS-COCS) overcome aims improve while significantly maintaining efficient channels. Abstract In‐sensor computing hardware with signal sensing and dynamic processing capabilities—inspired by the human sensory system—have attracted interest as rapid proliferation of data computation in era big data.
