In this contribution, a variationally consistent novel Elishakoff beam theory considering long-range interactions has been developed, which succeeds in emulating the dynamic behavior of CNTs with both (5,5) and (10,10) armchairs, something that not attained previously. This is based on modification Timoshenko one, taken here for first time as basis two finite element implementations, their equations motion written either coupled set terms displacement rotation (reducible formulation) or single equation only (irreducible formulation). Both stability accuracy analyses are performed, concluding irreducible form allows longer steps, while providing appropriate throughout whole wavenumber range.
